The small bedroom has a TV with basic channels and leads to the galley kitchen which is equipped with an efficiency stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Your modern living room offers a sofa bed, TV, and additional seating for guests. Off the living area is a sliding glass door that leads you out to the private deck overlooking Smith Mountain Lake. There is a small bathroom with starter toiletries provided. This is a perfect condo for a couple looking to get away, a fisherman looking for a record catch on the Blackwater side of the lake, or someone who loves to relax and watch the sunset over the lake. Reel Simple offers you all your basic needs for an enjoyable stay at the lake.
The condo is located in Striper's Landing, which offers a community swimming pool with a kiddy pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, tennis courts, boat trailer storage, a boat launch, a cabana, picnic tables, and community grills.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean, a little smaller than expected, but we were only there to sleep. But clean & comfortable. We would stay again.

For the most part it was peaceful and the pool area was great. Fridge didn't work and the cable is well beyond basic. But it was ok.
