Lovely! The only improvement would be a pickleball court and more porch seating. We all enjoyed it.

Christine, our host, was VERY helpful and great with communication. Our stay was wonderful. It is a fantastic property for a family get together away from all the city distractions.

We stayed at Magnolia Creek Ranch while we were playing in a volleyball tournament in nearby Farmersville and we literally could not have had a better experience. The house is adorable and had plenty of space for our team. The girls were totally smitten with the place. The host was gracious and attentive and even went out of her way to wish us luck in our matches. We hope to stay here again next year when we return for the tournament.

Our family get together was so enjoyable because of the house, property, game room, and pool. The whole family (12 adults and 4 children) fit comfortably in the bedrooms provided and the pool, grounds and game room were enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back for another family vacation soon!
