About this house rental
The sunsets in our area are truly one of a kind, but they are especially spectacular here at Buster's View as the property sits high over the river giving you the best view weather you chose to sit on the patio or the dock! Fishing is great here as well, bring your own boat and leave it moored if you wish! The public boat ramp and mouth of the river is just a short 30-minute boat ride and gives you the chance to explore the Carrabelle River as well as a chance to see all kinds of wildlife native to our area, including alligators, turtles, birds, and maybe even the Florida black bear!
This property has a 3 night minimum from March 1st-September 30th. 2 night minimum October 1st- February28/29th. We also offer a monthly rate from October 1st-February 28/29th with a maximum stay of 3 months.

The garage is for owner use only.
Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse
and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with
touch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activities
are available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling paths
across the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafood
eateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker. The St. Marks
Wildlife Refuge is a great outing for the entire family. Located a little over an hour from Tallahassee and
only twenty minutes from St. George Island and Apalachicola, this retreat can be tailored to your own
adventurous spirit.
