The Four Kings, The Golf Club, Last One In, The Rose Chinese Cuisine, Laneway 73, Poppies Nursery & Cafe, Morgons Bar & Grill, The Surf Club, Sushi options and Thai cuisine to name just a few. Enjoy Trampolines at Jumpz, as well as food and drinks in a comfortable outdoor setting. Hire canoes, boats or paddle boards on the main stretch of the Great Ocean Road near bridge.
Further options include excellent playgrounds walks and picnic areas in close by Aireys, Inlet, Torquay and Lorne.
THE SPACE
This light filled home with stacker doors leading onto the large north facing deck, open living in the kitchen dining area, wood fire and split system heating as well as ceiling fans in each room is a joy to relax in.
Our home is suitable for 2-6 people with 6 being the maximum.

Fully equipped Electric kitchen with all modern cons. Coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, blitzer, kettle.
BASIC CONDIMENTS AND PANTRY STAPLES SUPPLIED

THINGS TO NOTE
The property is situated in a residential area so we ask that visitors are respectful of neighbours. During your stay please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
• No Pets
• Strictly Prohibited, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks functions.
• BBQ to be cleaned if used.
• All rubbish placed in appropriate bins
• Dishes to be placed in dish washer (turn on please)
In case of any damages to the property and conditions or breaches of the above terms and conditions, the guest/s authorises the owner to revoke the charges of the damage from debit or credit card used to make payment.
AVAILABILITY
Minimum stay 5 nights December 19th to January 23rd, all other booking requirements are for two nights.
The building below the deck is an artist studio and is closed during your stay.

This house is well appointed, has great beds, two bathrooms and a big lounge. It suited me and my daughters just fine, and we loved the big deck.

This is a lovely place to stay. Some stand-outs are:New, up to date architecture and build..very much designed to be a beach house.Really spacious and airy lounge and bedrooms.Vast deck with views of the hills,Very well stocked pantry etc,Overall the experience indicated that the host has gone out of his way to make it luxurious and worry-free.Highly recommend. Lovely home and positioned in a quiet area! Great location to relax for a long weekend looking out on to the mountains while still being close enough to walk into town or to the beach.
Plus, we had a cute little visit from a kangaroo and her joey!
