Located in the area close to the Anglesea Golf Course this well presented three-bedroom home is an excellent choice. There is a second living area upstairs for the kids entertainment and a spa in the second bathroom for the parents relaxation. It is also pet friendly!
Everything necessary for a self-contained living and relaxing holiday is here. Available all year round for holiday & short-term corporate lease.
The property is close to the National Park, local wildlife, fauna, walking and running tracks, beaches, river, the golf course, famous grazing kangaroos, dirt and mountain bike areas.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Location is good. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, oven had dirty tray in it and house quite dusty. Not possible to sit outside in backyard as the ground is dirt and mud. Wi-Fi should be a staple.
