About this house rental
Visiting colleges, graduation, family, and friends?Just 5 mins away from St. Lawrence University, 7 mins to SUNY Canton, 17 mins to SUNY Potsdam, and 15 mins to Clarkson University. This house includes 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, living room, dining room, and a 2nd floor laundry room off the master bedroom that features a large walk in closet and newly renovated ensuite bathroom. Looking to have a nice fire at night? Enjoy the firepit to complete your stay!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement, office on the first floor, and storage rooms on the second floor.
Other things to note
Guests must acknowledge that 2 dogs do typically live on this property, although they will not be staying while guests have booked the entire house.There are two tiny houses on the left side of the property with its own private driveway, entrance, and field. This was a good home to stay at for a few days while attending my father-in-law memorial service. The twin bedroom can be updated as it was quite uncomfortable for my adult daughters. The house was quirky but functional with all the amenities we needed. We even used the fire pit one night. The host Dillon was super responsive and very nice. All in all, a good stay but this home as I’ll call it seems more like an Air-BnB than a VRBO as the Master closet had all the owners clothes and bathroom had all the owners toiletries and Fridge had on-going food stuff.

The house had many bedrooms. The kitchen and outdoor deck space were great for entertaining. Very clean. A 5 minute drive from SLU to the house.

A perfect spot to accommodate a large group. We had a wedding nearby and this lovely farmhouse has plenty of space for a large group. Beds were very comfy, location was perfect and the setting is lovely. Communication with host was excellent.
