About this house rental
Open concept living. Great home for entertaining with family. Very private off back deck. Seasonal views of The Red Mountains. We love the neighborhood and neighbors. Everything is close by that is needed. Stores, Restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, beach and cruises. Boat and kayak rentals. Lots of family activities in the lakes region..
Built in 2015 on over 1 acre of land. The home is 1900 square feet of living space. Great location! Even though you will need a car to get around the area, you can walk to lake, stores, restaurants, markets and liquor store if needed. The Mount Washington docks down the street at Center Harbor Beach for cruises. Skiing at Gunstock and tubing in winter months is close by. Gunstock Mountain has zip line, hiking, and lot's of activities in summer months too. Master bedroom has king bed with bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two double beds with good size closet. BR #3 has queen size bed with walk in closet and dresser. Both Bedroom #1 + 2 have their own private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Lot's of space and very private on that end of the house.

The property was everything we hoped for. The owner was easy to deal with and was genuinely concerned about us having a great time. The owner provided information in case we had any emergencies, need for police, medical assistance etc. I will definitely go back to this location!

A newly built home on a quiet cul du sac with modern comforts for my family vacation. Very well located to lake, beach and mountains. Owner very friendly and responded quickly to messages both before and during rental. Kitchen cupboards were well stocked. Two car garage and raised deck a nice bonus.
Only (very small) complaint was water pressure was a little low (water saver feature or well level?), so guest shower sluggish and dishwasher did not always clean well.
My Husband, two tween sons and I all had a great week!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was in a great location . The Hamilton's home was warm and welcoming. The room set up was perfect for us with our daughter and grandson taking one end and U.S. In the master bedroom giving us some privacy. It had space for our grandson to play and the open area provided room for all of us to do our thing. The patio deck was a nice place to sit in the evening although I would recommend bug spray which we didn't think of. The only negative we have is that the pictures on the site is misleading in that it shows a view of the water from the house but the beach is close by. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and if we venture back to the lake area would love to stay there again
