Friendly, no issues. Good price

Very dirty. Very noisy. I talked to the morning desk manager and she blew me off. Did not care about my concerns. The tub was filthy and the drain had mold around it. There were ceiling tiles missing. A leak was repaired and the tiles were not replaced and it was dirty. Linen was old and worn and not full size. I told a maid she didn’t have to do the room she rudely told me that they don't do rooms on the weekends anyway. I have pictures. This motel is WAY BELOW the standards for Expedia. I really feel I should be refunded.

I will never stay here again. The lobby is nice but after you go around the corner to the elevators you start to see the mess. The hallway leading to the room smelled of animal pee, cigarettes, and other things. The room was so bad with water stains all over, ceiling tiles not put back into place, and there were cob webs everywhere and bugs in the window. The furniture had rips and stains all over, and the bed was as hard as a rock. When we walked outside we saw people hanging out the window to smoke cigarettes, there was trash all over, and the door said you needed your card key to enter but that was broken so anyone could walk in and out whenever. We stayed one night when we booked two and I will never return to that place.

This was a very loud unruly property. People did not keep their children in check. There were fighting outside the building. You could hear noise all night long people running up and down the hallways. It was dirty and they overcharged us and when I checked out early they did not credit us.

Convenient location for our needs. Clean and comfortable for the price!

Nothing was quality

The hotel is extremely run-down. My son and I used the pool briefly, it is open to the general public, beyond guests. It's cleanliness quickly became a health and safety issue, as there were feces in the pool. More people were actually living there, than travelers staying there. The American Inn and Suites is not as advertised. But we made it through the night.

It smelled like cigarettes and cat urine. There were cockroaches on the floor and mold in the shower ceiling. The bed was not a real frame and looked unstable. We felt truly uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there and left.

The hotel is in serious need of repair. Our entire floor smelled of dogs. The bathroom had broken towel racks hanging by one screw and tape holding the bathtub enclosure together. The bed was as hard as a rock. All the wood surfaces and even the door was scratched and worn. The elevator was smelly and dilapidated. The carpets in the room were worn through. It seemed to be a party hotel for some, lots of smoking and drinking and shouting. The staff were lovey if you could find them. Never again.

First off, the lobby leaked from the ceiling. Twice. The room smelled absolutely HORRENDOUS; like dirty socks and dog piss, attempted to be masked by cheap men's cologne. The blankets -Oh, wait ... What blankets? They literally had two sheets as a blanket. Sad, we had to go buy a blanket for the weekend. Not sure if that's worse than the hellian children running around, screaming and stomping through the halls all hours of the night ... or the food that laid spilled in the hallway from 8pm until 11am the next morning. I'm usually not one to complain, but spend the extra money to go somewhere more comfortable.

No phone in the room, lock on room door broke, very little toilet laper, had to beg for more, no kleenex in room, several outlets did not work, no comforter for bed, had to ask for one. Kids running the halls at midnight, staff did not care. No working ice machine in entire hotel.

The hotel was a mess and dirty. Our room even worse we had the “honeymoon sweet” with a long bed and a jetted tub in the room. The tub was dirty and the bathroom we didn’t even want to take a shower in it. There was rust and mold on the ceiling above the jetted tub. Our bathroom flooded and then the ceiling nice the big jetted tub was lack really bad and we checked out a left early. Also there was blood on the lobby floor that they didn’t even clean. So a completely dirty and nasty place do not stay here

Not a bad place to stay if you’re just there one night. The rooms could use some remodeling especially the tubs. But other than that the staff was great.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting! This is very run down and the pictures are sooooo old. There is dog hair everywhere in the lobby, up the stairs and smells like dog. The room was so horrible that I slept with sweats, hoodie and socks. Would have NEVER of taken a shower.

The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.

Overall the room was decent except the window was broke prior to entering the room, it looks like something happened to the screen as well. The air unit would work whrn it wanted to. We also discovered stains on the current like coffee or something happened prior to us checking in. Staff was friendly.

This is the most dirty hotel ever, not to mention I had to get “upgraded” to keep my reservation I made a Month and a half ago! It’s not worth the stay or the headache I’m going to stay else where from now on!

I should state first that upon check in, the lobby seemed nice. Thought everything was going good until we got upstairs. It smelled like cat pee throughout the whole first floor. I have asthma, and I had to use my inhaler twice just upon arriving to our room. When we got INTO our room, the smell didn't go away. There were holes in the walls and paint missing everywhere. Went into the bathroom to discover black mold growing everywhere in the shower and tub. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in ages. Went down to the front desk to inform the staff member of this. Lucking she was nice and offered us TWO more rooms. We went to check them out, and it was the exact same thing. Not to mention the random people screaming in different rooms, or people following us around the building. It felt like a hotel straight out of a bad horror movie. So unsafe and disgustingly dirty. Cant believe they're fighting a refund on a hotel they obviously cant keep clean or make safe for people.

This was the dirtiest, nastiest, hotel I’ve ever stayed at it. You can feel the air in your room, breathing in mold. It smelled absolutely horrible and it was so loud. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you have children.

Needs lots of work. Poor remodel, dirty, stinky. Feels a little shady. Seems to house some "residents" with pets, not shaming just leaves it smelling like cat urine.

No remote for tv asked several times for a remote they wouldn’t bring it to us. Keys didn’t work. Door looked like it was kicked in several times was not clean

Dirty, sketchy people playing frisbee in front parking lot and there was only one car in parking lot.

I feel bad leaving this review because I am not a negative person. I felt I needed to because it was so bad! We booked this place just for a place to sleep after seeing a concert. It was cheap and all we needed was a bed and a shower. We were only there for 10 hour. The smell was terrible! The hallways and the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. (My husband fixed it). The shower had hair stuck on the walls and around the drain. The TV didn’t work. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work. Overall, this place was not a good experience. I could have handled the broken things but the smell was nauseating! This place is old and run down.

The room smells like piss so bad! The 2nd floor also smelt so terrible I had to plug my nose going down the hallway once you walk in the room, it was like cat pee and human pee hit you in the face. Our lights did not work. One was unplugged, and once we plugged it in all it did was flickered. The bathroom was disgusting! Our jetted tub was filthy! The bed was very uncomfortable and dirty as well. We told the girl with the tattoo on her face at the front desk. She did nothing said she would let maintenance know. Only reason we still stayed was we paid for it and couldn't get a refund.

We were there for an hour and by we, I mean myself, my sister and niece (2) and at first it didn't seem bad,you could tell they were working on getting updates done. However, our room had broken LOCKS and furniture, dirty sheets with black ash on them, spiders and mold in the tub, tp rolled on the floor, weird stains on the lamp shades and comforter. Floors had dead bugs, hair and food, broken and exposed light switches broken fire sprinkler in bathroom, dials missing off tub, ceiling falling in and not to mention the questionable behavior displayed in the front and back of the buildings. Online it looked like a great deal, like I said renovations may be in progress but still. The one girl at the front desk was nice and polite but there was a male who was not very polite and when I had complained about the room which I hate to do and very rarely do BUT I had a baby with me. All he said was, the other girls have babies too. I immediately left. The vibes were very off once you were in looking for your room and one staff member was wearing slippers and pajamas with no bra on pushing around a laundry cart acting a bit, um foolish. I am not a complainer and generally just bit the bullet but I would NOT recommend this hotel and I would have appreciated at least half back what I paid.

Normally, I don't post bad reviews but this place was ROUGH. It looks like no maintenance happens and it's in disrepair. The housekeeper was checking people in at the front counter because it seemed like it was understaffed. The pictures are deceptive and I didn't expect a five star hotel for the price, but I've stayed in much better maintained places for the same price.

I could not stay the night here; I had to find a new hotel. The lobby was filthy and disgusting. The hallways were filled with cigarette and weed smoke. The room was missing the cover to the air conditioning, the cold water did not work, the bed was not sitting on a proper stand, so it was 1/2 way off the base. The lock and door handle did not function properly; it was easily accessible with just a front desk key. The security system to enter the hotel was disabled. So anyone could come and go at any time, from any door. People are living there. In the parking lot, at 11 pm, there were 10 or more people with dogs, drinking, and partying. small children running around the halls unsupervised. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment complex.
