Ceiling height in sleeping area limited but I knew that from pictures when I booked it.

Perfect location, facilitys was clean, comfortbale and all benefits in aprtment. Will recomend to stay.
Only the building next was too lound because of construction, they start work very early

Das außergewöhnliche Appartement liegt in Ruzafa, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung lasst keine Wünsche offen und auch die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Ruzafa besticht durch eine große Auswahl an Lokalen und Bars, die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Durch die direkte Tür auf die Straße ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, beim Schlafen stört das aber so gut wie gar nicht. Der (Fliesen-)Boden ist im Winter etwas kalt, Hausschuhe schaffen hier im Winter Abhilfe

Beautiful apartment. Good quality furnishings and bedding .
We know we would be in the city centre , so definitely expected noise from the street and construction outside, what we didn’t expect was a drill next door on the adjoining wall from 8 am.
