Schönes, sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern . Check in hat super geklappt alles gut beschrieben. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die gesamte Umgebung des Bodensees zu erkunden! Ihr eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Apartment .
Wenige Gehminuten zum See und auch in die Stadtmitte. Bus und Bahnverbindung sehr gut.

We liked the well appointed, quiet apartment, secure garage parking with direct covered access to the property. There were some nice touches by the hosts like an LED light for using the bathroom during the night, an EU plug adaptor in the drawer, a decent sized clothes airer, iron and ironing board plus washing machine.
Lack of a view from any window which made the property feel rather dark inside but there is a private area to sit outside with lights.

The flat is cozy and spacious with a lovely patio to enjoy fresh air. The owners arranged all the useful amenities in the house and for outdoor activities. All the directions and instructions are very clear. Being able to park the car in the garage is also a great plus as well as the short distance from the lake. The owner was really nice since the first contact. I would like to go back for another staying and I would highly recommend to anyone going to Ermatingen.

Das Studio ist perfekt und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Aufgang zum Studio. Der Bodensee lässt sich in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Einkaufsmöglickeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.
Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
