About this apartment rental
You can expect a lovingly furnished 3 1/2 room apartment in the basement of a new building.
The apartment is still very bright, with z. T. floor-to-ceiling windows, high-quality equipment (underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed thermal insulation windows, high-quality vinyl flooring, etc.).
The modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is tiled.
There are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x pull-out double bed) and a large living / dining room with an open kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave including all dishes and cutlery. Toaster and Senseo coffee machine are ready.
Dining area with table and 4 chairs.
Living area with large sofa corner, TV (with cable reception), DVD player and hi-fi system.
Own parking space in front of the door.
Terrace with access from both bedrooms, table, 4 chairs, bench and umbrella.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
The apartment is barrier-free and can also be easily reached via the elevator.
Use of the laundry room (not barrier-free, 3 levels) and the drying room as well as the garden (not yet completed).

Tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.

Unsere kleine Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) hat die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand angetroffen. Check in und Kommunikation lief komplett reibungslos, Schlüssel waren am Eingang in einem Schlüsselsafe, alles sehr easy. Die Wohnung nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern wirklich traumhaft und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für unsere Familie perfekt. Die Wohnung ist groß genug um auch mal Freunde einzuladen und einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen. Die schöne Terrasse und den großen und sehr gepflegten Garten durften wir mitbenutzen, hatten ihn sogar durchweg für uns alleine.
Auch die Lage war einfach traumhaft. Nur drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein tolles, kostenloses Strandbad mit riesiger Wiese, Spielplatz, Basketballfeld, Bolzplatztoren und natürlich dem Bodensee. Gerade für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es hier wunderbar, da das Wasser sehr lange nur knietief ist.

Sowohl die Lage als auch die Wohnung selbst sind hervorragend!

Sofort bei Betreten der Wohnung haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. In allen Zimmern gibt es elektrische Rollos und Fußbodenheizung. Da wir im Winter hier waren, haben wir die vielen Lichtakzente als sehr gemütlich empfunden. Die Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bodensee. In einem kleinen Gewerbegebiet ca. 1 km entfernt kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Metzger und 2 Bäcker.
