The hotel is great value for money, as it is good and centrally located. The reception by Mr. Suresh was excellent and also the guidance. The wiFi is ok but not stable in the room also the intercom is not functional. Otherwise it was a great stay in the hotel.

Nice and comfortable room. Very convenient location since bus stand is walkable, staff is very friendly and helped us with places to see in Mysore and navigating there.
Car parking is available but in open space. There's no dedicated parking for hotel customers and cars can get dented. Toilet in the room is decent but not renovated like the rest of the room.

The staff were polite and enquired about our arrival time well in advance to avoid overbooking the property. Even during our stay, we did not face any behavioural issues with the staff. The property is just a stone's throw away from the Mysore Palace.
Maybe the price was high due to the Christmas season, but the room was not worth 5000rs at all. Especially the bathroom, mold was all over the ceiling, and the bathroom wall on one side was only half built, with the upper half being only covered with a grill.
