Appartement très bien situé, spacieux et très propre. Dario, le propriétaire est resté à l’écoute et disponible.

Location - walkable from train station (15min to roma termini) Close to lots of restaurants and near a supermarket. Spacious Dario provided lots of recommendations for places to eat

Some important information worth knowing which was not in the listing is that the air conditioner is not allowed to run overnight and is centrally turned off. Aircon in something we specifically looked for when booking somewhere in the middle of summer so would be good to know this beforehand as it’s quite warm and can affect your sleep. This is the first time we have experienced this after lots of travel in Europe. The building is humid and can see that there’s been mould that they have tried to cover with paint and there is a bit of a damp smell. There is limited natural sunlight that comes in as the windows face into a courtyard that is surrounded by other apartments. Also note there’s around 20 stairs to go up which can be a challenge with large luggage although this isn’t uncommon in Europe.
