It was excellent for six people, great staff and we were satisfied with all factors in the hotel. The location is impressive, everything is very near.

Spacious!
Some practical faults… loose toilet seat on one of the bathrooms, pool area not particularly clean.

Quiet location, near beach and not far from city type area. Security guard was very friendly and helpful.
Stairs, bedrooms were located on 3rd floor.

I like that it's located right in the center of town and close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and there's a lot of space. Having a pool in the villa is nice too.
The villa is not as private as you might hope. They're houses that are very close to each other so you can see eachother like any other neighborhood. The front gate to the building didn't close and there was not gate on the pool meaning people could just look directly into the pool. Neighbors could also see into your windows if you don't close the curtains.
It's not explained anywhere on booking or their website that you have to pay a deposit of 2000 Thai Bhat to stay there.
The breakfast was basic.
Also I know 100% I left my power bank there but when I asked the hotel they said the house keeping staff didn't see it. Which probably means I gifted it to the house keeping staff.
It's not as nice as the price would suggest.
