The pool, bedrooms, kitchen and snooker table. Plenty of parking. Very clean. Centrally located to town. Aircon in all rooms. Lots of space.
Owner responded quickly to my queries.
Lotus supermarket located 100 yds away.
The breakfast, no sunbeds, too close to the railway line which runs through the night. Very low water pressure.
Pumping noise from the car wash that joins the property.
The biggest problem for me was the all-night bar/club, 50 yards from the property, that was still going at 8 am!
The breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bread and coffee.
Sadly it was all delivered cold.
The sausages were frankfurters, and the coffee, basic sachets.
Yes, there was a microwave, water heater and toaster.
But once a fried egg has gone cold, it's impossible to resurrect it.
There were many good breakfast cafes nearby.
