L’architecture typique du bâtiment. Son emplacement proche du River Park mais…
L’appartement est un peu vétuste et ne semble pas entretenu.Le ménage est minimaliste.Mauvais rapport qualité /prix. Il est situé à une vingtaine de mètres d’un saloon ce qui génère du bruit ( concert ) jusque tard dans la nuit.
