"Location can not be better. Martin has a very nice city center and appartments are just in a middle of that. Parking is on private place and free of charge. Rooms are big with lot of space for bikes, ..."

Apartmán na hlavnej ulici - pešej zóne. Blízkosť obchodov, kaviarní, reštaurácií a kultúrnych a historických pamiatok. Blízko aj Amfiko - letný amfiteáter. Parkovisko za budovou, možnosť odloženia bicyklov.
Najväčšou nevýhodou je chýbajúca klimatizácia alebo ventilátor. Niektoré časti (predmety) v apartmáne už dosť dlho neboli očistené, prípadne skontrolované. Nočný stolík pri posteli, pohár na odkladanie kefiek v kúpeľni, panvica v linke. Keď to človek vidí, potom pochybuje už aj o tom, či sú uteráky čisté. Aj posteľné oblečenie by stálo za zváženie - ožmolkované, je to dosť nepríjemné na telo, najmä v lete.
