A comfortable, spacious apartment with a large terrace where you can sunbathe. The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a small, quiet (at least in winter) residential complex, with an outdoor swimming pool for residents (it was operating in December). The windows offer a sea view. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom) worked well, heating the apartment during cool December evenings. A TV with channels from probably all over the world and a VOD service was available.
The location is close to Nissi Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus - and about 3 km from the very center (you can walk there along the seaside promenade). There were also several shops and restaurants nearby that were open during the winter season. We stayed there for 12 days and were very satisfied.
A minor thing one could complain about were small cleanliness issues like a stray hair in the bathroom or an unwashed stain on a towel, but it didn’t bother us at all. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

The host is really kind and cooperative, he even organize taxi transport to the airport for us when we left the apartment. Rooms were clean and exactly like the photos showes. Balcon is very nice too with a sea view. It has 2 sunbeds for chilling at the sun or in the evening. Swimmingpool is a plus. Every recommendation!
