I recommend this apartment and Andreas as an owner and a host. It is located in very good place in Ayia Napa - quiet environment close to Nissi Beach, far from loud and often poor-taste bars and clubs in the central part of town. It is quite close to bus stops, as far as I know, has a good parking place (I did not use it, as I did not rent a car). The apartment is part of a bigger complex of apartments in the same general building. The view from the windows is very nice, with the courtyard with the palms and the pool (belonging to the complex and available) and in the distance the sea itself. The place is very convenient for living, has all that is needed. You can use air conditioning units in a reverse mode for heating - can be useful at some times in winter. While judging from reviews, most apartments in Cyprus have trouble with hot water in winter - at this apartment you can use special electric boost for some period of time (e.g. one hour) for providing genuinely hot water in the shower. The bedroom has very comfortable bed and it was quiet. Kitchen has pretty much all that you need to make your own food - electric top stove, electric oven, kettle, microwave. There is a functional washing machine. The place is clean. Andreas is communicative and helpful, provided a special confirmation of renting his apartment for the visa purpose. However, because the apartment is so well prepared, there was really no need to communicate with him - all was going well! He was so nice as to be willing to provide the possibility of leaving our luggage for keeping for some hours after check-out - ultimately it was not needed. I highly recommend this apartment.
This is a very, very minor thing, but as I often encountered in many apartments, the non-stick pots and pans provided in the apartment looked scratched (very easy thing to happen, if one does not know how to handle them or is not careful enough like some guests). Such scratched pans and pots are not healthy to use as they leech some chemicals into the food. I recommend throwing away these old non-stick pots and pans and buying a couple of cheap, but very durable stainless steel pots and pans. They cannot be easily damaged and will serve many guests without problems. However, this is very minor issue and most guests don't prepare their own food anyway but eat out.

BIen situé( proche de Nissi beach), le calme, la piscine, la vue, une grande terrasse; Andréas nous a bien renseigné et sympathique.
Nous nous sentions comme à la maison . il y a tout ce qui faut.

- La grande terrasse de 20 m2
- Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses
- Appartement très bien équipé
- La piscine de la résidence avec les chaises longues
- La vue avec la mer au loin
- Grande place de parking dans la résidence
- Ville hyper touristique. Finalement nous avons préféré les plages situées à quelques kilomètres, plutôt que Nissi Beach surbondée. Nous avons été déçu par les restaurants alentours.
- Bruit de fond tous les soirs depuis les hôtels en bord de plage
- Des locataires de la résidence qui viennent avec leur musique à la piscine

Spatiul este suficient pentru 3 persoane
Nu este specificat faptul ca sunt 2/2 etaje, iar la ultimul etaj nu poti rezista decat cu climatizarea non stop.
noi am fost cu bebe si este insuportabil.
Daca stiam asta nu veneam aici.
Ti se impune un consum zilnic de 20kw (rezonabil), dar daca depasesti platesti.
-nu ai serviciu de curatenie decat contra cost
-nu ai schimburi de lenjeri prosoape decat contra cost.
-nu exista sistem supraveghere video in complex
-nu poti utiliza toate electrocasnicele pentru ca sunt neigienice.
-patutul e copil era murdar
-gazda a promis ca ne aduce un alt prajitor de paine si nu s-a tinut de cuvant!
