It was great location and super nice hosts. They replied to any of our questions and requests fast and helpful. They have many apartments, it might worth it so spend a bit more on another one the su casa 52, based on pictures those might be in a bit better condition.
The bathroom is even smaller than we thought, it was a bit hard to use the bathroom sink, it was so small, so we ended up using the kitchen sink often. And I think the bathroom area would need a little renovation, or big deep clean. Unfortunately there were some tiny ants around the entrance. Vietnam is a tropical country there a bugs of course we didn't experience this at any other place.

Location was super close to Train Street, and lots and lots and lots of food and drinks. The check in process was very easy, and it was a very affordable stay.
The bathroom was a sink/toilet/shower combo, which may be typical of Hanoi, but was a bit unusual for us traveling from the States. The staircase up to the bedroom is a bit narrow as well, but again, may be typical of Hanoi.
