The place is near the center. The stuff is very helpful. They gave us recommendation on what to do for the time we had the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was also very reactive when we forgot something after checkout and made sure we still could leave with it.

Really nice comfy stay for the price. It felt really homely. Good location. Yum free breakfast!!!! Nice and quiet location. AC was nice and cold. There is an amazing Vietnamese style restaurant right next door. I think it was called Cozy kitchen? Had some of the best food on my month long trip in Vietnam here! Also good coffee shops at the end of the alley
Other occupants were loud going up and down the stairs yelling etc at about 10pm. Maybe invoke a quiet time after 9pm or something
