La propreté. La disponibilité et la discrétion de Zoé (la propriétaire). La location de vélos.
Nous savions que les 3 chambres supposent une cohabitation des espaces communs. Cependant le fait que les toilettes et la salle de bain soient la même pièce (commune aux 3 chambres) en rend l'accès beaucoup moins pratique.
