Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor, immaculate interior, finished to a very high standard, the front bedroom has 2 single beds and the master bedroom has a super king (that can be divided into singles) There are 2 bathrooms, one with large shower cubicle and the other bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. The lounge dining room has a large L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxing. The television channels are Spanish and full UK Televison, with large patio doors leading out onto the private terrace allows you privacy to enjoy relaxing evenings and dining alfresco. The kitchen is well equipped.Located within walking distance of the town, beach and Marina, this ground floor apartment is a fantastic location to enjoy your holiday.There is a parking space available below in the garage.The Apartment is equipped with wifi, central air conditioning hot and cold, and individual oil fired radiators in the bedrooms for winter rentals. Utility cost will be charged additionally for winter rentals

We had the best stay. The property is very central, modern, clean and very well maintained. The property manager was very efficient and responded so quickly and was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

My whole experience was excellent from the start. The property manager Jayne wss absolutely brilliant and so helpful. She responded promptly to all questions asked and was always available to answer any of my queries. The property iitself was fabulous and Denia wsas amazing. Will definitely return again soon. Thanks again Jayne for everything.
