Green environment, house-host friendly, clean and neat for the room also smeels soap bar and coffee bean scents on my room. Bird's chirps making more "nature and homie" concept in town. The neighborhood so quiet and calm.

It was light's out for some moment (at noon till afternoon), which is hottest time for that day, cz AC didn't work properly. The TV cable is useless. There's no any channel I could saw, even it been using STB. Preferable bringing USB Flashdrive that containings movies or any entaertaiment thing by yourself.

Near many cafe and resto

Family room is quite big and spacious, it is nice to have shared kitchen and nice small pond in the middle of the property. It is close to the shops and very easy to get local food around here. Wifi is good.

It is in a small alley, so its hard to park a big car. We booked five standard rooms and one family room, the standard room is quite small. Bathroom has no sink and very small. Hot water is inconsistent so depends on your luck. We booked for 12 people included breakfast but they only gave us 10 packs of breakfast box. When we complained, they said that family room only entitled for one breakfast even if we booked for 12 pax in total. Not worth of arguing because it is not even a nice breakfast. We just got food from around the area, just skip breakfast its not worth it. Water dispenser got no water inside, but they refill on the morning we were about to check out, how inconvenient. TV inside the family room is not working, it is very hard to find anyone to help so lucky we have our own iPads. There's dead cockroaches and ants when we checked in. Bathroom in one of the standard room stinks.
