Pura Vida

La maison est encore plus belle et confortable que sur les photos ! L’accueil et l’amabilité de Vassily nous ont beaucoup plu. Les literies sont très bonne, la maison est très bien équipée et la piscine très grande et agréable. La maison est entourée d’arbres fruitiers : citronniers, orangers, figuier…

Très propre, très bien équipé, le propriétaire est très accueillant, la maison est spacieuse, piscine très agréable, très belle maison et super terrasse.

Le 5 ème lit dans la banquette n'est pas terrible.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The villa was faultless and Vangelis (the owner) could not have been more helpful. The location would not suit everyone (too quiet?, too out of the way?) but we found it idyllic. We enjoyed a few morning coffees and evening meals at the local taverna (also the local minimarket), where the hosts (Angelika and her husband and their delightful children) were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The lovely sandy beach at Polirizos is the best of the three within a few km and was almost deserted in late April.

We couldn't find anything to complain about; apart maybe from the TV reception (but you are surrounded by mountains).

Our vacation at Pura Vida was really great to get away from the everyday-life. We arrived a little bit later in the evening, but it was no problem. Our host was so nice. He came every day around to clean up the pool and nearly always brought some gifts along: great orange cake, Raki, olive oil, honey...when we arrived there stood already a wine on the table. It was such a great hospitality and really nice to talk to him. The accomodation is pretty big, you definitely have enough space for at least 4 people. There is a welcoming outside area with a lot of different places where you can sit and relax. The pool is not so big but it's a nice refreshment and it's your private pool there. The house is located at the end of the village of Rodakino, from there you also have a nice view down to the sea. The village is pretty small and quiet, so the location is very good to have a chilled vacation. All in all we can definitely recommend a stay at Pura Vida if you are looking for a quiet retreat, where you can also relax a day instead of pacing around everyday.
