離火車站很近，熱水很強又熱很舒壓，整體乾淨，門隔音不好可以聽到隔壁動靜，傳統樓梯，有大行李的不太友好。

斜對面就是羅東火車站，超近！有免費小餅乾。房間有暖氣、還有除濕機。還好有除濕機，不然霉味很重😵‍💫 走到羅東夜市約10鐘

因為民宿在老舊公寓，需爬2層樓的樓梯，有大件行李會比較辛苦。無人管理，需配合老闆時間拿鑰匙，有點不方便。
