房間舒適，浴廁空調可以烘乾衣服和乾燥功能，電視雖然在床前，但能轉向到沙發處，吃飯的時候看電視也很方便（有YouTube 可以看），房東也很親切介紹，一樓廚房都能自由使用，停車也方便，如果再去宜蘭會考慮再次選擇此住宿。
住家改造的關係，門口有動靜很容易聽到，每層樓兩間房間而已 除非鄰居聲音很大，不然影響不大
