6 Bed Mansion Sleeps 20 Free Parking

We had a lovely stay at this house over the weekend! It was a fantastic space for a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house had lots of character and definitely kept us entertained with some quirky surprises along the way! Our favourite mystery was hearing a grandfather clock chime loudly at midnight… despite none of us being able to actually find a clock anywhere in the house. By the second night, after questioning whether the house might be haunted, we finally discovered it was actually the TV alarm going off! Mystery solved. Overall, we had a really great time. The house was spacious, fun, full of personality, and perfect for groups. We’d happily stay again!

The beds were mostly very comfy and we all slept well, although two of the beds in one room were a little on the firm side — great if you enjoy sleeping on something that builds character! There were just a few practical things missing that would make the stay even better. For example, there wasn’t a plug socket for the kettle near the worktops, so we had to boil the kettle on the floor, which definitely added to the weekend adventure. We also had no luck working the dishwasher. Although the owners were quick to reply to our message (even with it being bank holiday) that someone would come and take a look.

The property was ideal for us as a group of girls celebrating a friends hen! Lots of space and great location!

We stayed here for a wedding, this place gave us the opportunity to spend time together and enjoy getting ready together and the relaxation of needing a little R&R after. The house is a lovely size and ideal for larger families or friend groups

Amazing time spent with our team and place was very confortable with lots of rooms and also parking spaces. Definite recommendation for Manchester/ Stockport meetings
