Big spacious house Plenty rooms / seats/ dining facilities/ beds Good for a group gathering

Safety Issues - Exposed fuse box in room where cover would not stay closed not ideal when you have young children. The handyman then siliconed it closed which isn't ideal for anyone then requiring access - Nails sticking out wooden floor we had multiple pairs of socks ripped and a hurt foot - Downstairs windows were painted shut unable to be opened. Major safety issue if there was a fire. - Multiple door handles missing we had young children and scared they would get shut in a room - Multiple cables lying from tv on floor in cinema room easy for kids to lift, wrap round or put in mouths Maintenance Issues - Multiple blinds missing chains to open - Bathroom sink cracked - Tile missing - Bulbs missing from lights - Ring on hob not working - 1 shower no water coming to it through hose - 1 shower blocked and eventually flooded downstairs - bath seal must be broken as water going down behind bath and through ceiling downstairs which damaged a dart board we brought which was just bought at Christmas - shower then flooded downstairs after the "handyman" was called by City Hosts to assist - paintwork needs refreshed - lamp in living room broken - sinks and showers slow to drain Cleanliness - Spider webs everywhere high up - vents filthy and thick with dust - rubbish lying outside the property - outside property overgrown - sofas hadn't been moved to clean underneath and were covered with debris and dirt Cinema Room - total disappointment this was a selling point for us. The room was extremely tired and looked damp. There were multiple cables running from the tv left lying on the floor. The beanbags were piled up in the corner it became apparent why when we pulled them out to set them up and the balls went everywhere cause they were burst. The blind also didn't close as the chain was off.

The property was ideal for us as a group of girls celebrating a friends hen! Lots of space and great location!

Size of property.

1) Faulty boilers - hot water issues, cold showers. 2) Faulty thermostats, unable to switch radiators off 3) Nails protruding from floor boards 4) Pests - bugs and spiders, spider webs 5) Washing Machine faulty - leaking through ceiling 6) Uncleanness - surgical needle on window bay 7) Not suitable place for children 8) Next to police station, constant blue lights and sirens at night

We stayed here for a wedding, this place gave us the opportunity to spend time together and enjoy getting ready together and the relaxation of needing a little R&R after. The house is a lovely size and ideal for larger families or friend groups

Amazing time spent with our team and place was very confortable with lots of rooms and also parking spaces. Definite recommendation for Manchester/ Stockport meetings
