Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Deventer by IHG

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with airconditioning and its the best for warm weather days. Bed are comfortable and the its clean. The breakfast was good and you can order food for dinner.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Has the expected facilities in good shape. There is a lift to carry your luggage. The breakfast is simple but nice.

Area didn’t feel very safe . The hotel is just of motorway and there are cars coming and going all the time at night. The only person on the reception was a lovely intern but she had to go back and forth to ask the senior staff questions in the back room. Dog fee is higher than most places we stayed this year. I was told a different price over the phone than at the reception and had to bargain over it which felt wrong. Despite having 2 dogs we were placed on the 2nd floor next to many other pet dog owners this made walking the corridor impossible . Dogs were barking at every corner and lunging at each others. Despite the fees they had no blanket for a dog.

Helpful staff. Friendly service and Willingness to help.

The bed duvet was too thick and I slept uncomfortably as I was too hot. A summer duvet, thinner would have made more restful night sleep.
