House Fazana 1456

Sehr gemütlich, ideal mit Kind. Sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super für den Alltag ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was nice, the owner is extremely kind. Bakery, grocery store in a 3 minutes walk even whit children. The beach and the city was in 5 minutes, so you can just park to your own spot and walk everywhere, that made our vacation esier (no parking fee, no cruising for spots).

There was no such thing...

Lokalita tj. Fažana nás mile překvapila svojí vybaveností, krásnou dlouhou oblázkovou pláží a velkou možností vyžití. Pokud jde o vlastí ubytovací zařízení, tak to nás překvapilo ještě víc. Klid , pohoda, velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, který nám vyhovoval svojí velikostí a velkou terasou. A pokud jde o majitele, tak velice pohodový a především ochotný pán. Jinak stručně řečeno: závidím těm, kteří se rozhodnou ve Fažaně a v tomto ubytovacím zařízení pobýt.

We were basically satisfied in every respect. The owner is very nice, but we could only speak English with his son, Croatian with him using Google Translate, but it worked. :) Apartment is fully equipped (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, bidet, hairdryer, air conditioner, kitchen utensils, recycling bin, safe). Just far enough away from the main road that you can't hear the traffic at all, but a few minutes walk to the beach in slippers. The shop (Konzum) is half way (about 2 minutes), which is perfectly cultured and quite large. The beach is pebbled, the boardwalk is shaded, there are even beach showers (although they were closed at the time due to lack of water). There are no unbearable crowds. There are so many rocky coves nearby (by car) to choose from. Very close to Pula and Rovinj, which we definitely recommend!

There was nothing really wrong. The accommodation could be improved with a microwave and mosquito nets on the windows. Lots of mosquitoes. There were jellyfish everywhere in Istria this year, including here (it's worth going in the morning to the cold water, when there is no wind, then there are none).
