I am from Minnesota, so rating a hotel in a small town like Shell I will try to be fair. The hotel had good security, breakfast was great! Staff were also wonderful. The bed was OK, windows are a bit warped and could not shut all the way. We did not use the pool which was clean. Unsure about the other spa area as it looked like it had not been used in a long time. Staff walked my wife and I to the only restaurant in the area which was about 1 block away.
