Good facilities on site and staff were super friendly and helpful! Hot tub was great and location of cabins were great felt very private and short walk to the main facilities.
The cabin was smaller than we anticipated but had good facilities and very clean. No WiFi and reception was a bit iffy but due to location.

Lodge was lovely, hot tub was amazing, clean and great addition. View over escarpment was fantastic, great sunsets. All staff were friendly and happy helpful. The forest and river walks were a highlight, camp was quiet and welcoming.
Restaurant choice was limited and menu's didn't really cater for our healthy eating, little shop was good, but didn't have everything I needed. Think it was great for families, but less for mature couple. The spare linen wasn't fresh, and pillow cases spare.ones. single beds could have been comfier.

Lots to do for children. Staff helpful. Food was good and some good deals to help with price. Activities plentiful- some free a number priced.
The wifi was very poor. Only available in the centre of the site. This meant booking for activities from the lodges was difficult. The App is good but not universally accessible.

Lovely accommodation, fabulous staff
Lovely grounds. All was clean and well kept.
The price. It is expensive to book to go, but the prices on the park were then very seriously inflated. A medium white wine ( not a particularly good one) with a splash of lemonade £8.60
Given that an average pub it is circa £5.00 We were astonished, and couldn’t see how the prices could be justified This applied to food, drinks and activities.
