Great hotel, good value. Great location for having medical work done down in Tijuana Mexico. Everything you need is nearby.
The only thing I didn’t really like is the bed pillows were huge and hard.

Second stay in these suites. Had a good experience both times. The area seems fine, and the facilities are great, basic and clean. You will have a good night's rest as beds are comfortable and I didn't experience any outside noise discomfort.
Parking is no issue. They'll valet, but it's very safe.

The facility was nice. Very comfortable.
The man at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly. He did the bare minimum. He did not greet us, nor did he smile. Customer service is very important to us. We did not feel very welcomed.
