Nice hotel which is in a great location. Most guests are here, like myself, for medical reasons.
It is in a safe location and has security at the entrance.
Rooms have English channels; make sure to check the English options box on the TV so you hear in English, or most of them will just stay in Spanish.
The beds are hard, and the pillows are like bricks. I have stayed here before and was hoping it was just my room. It isn't.
No microwaves, unless you upgrade the room. Shampoo and conditioner are available in the shower attached to the wall. The conditioner is useless; it makes your hair feel like wire. None of the wall containers are easy to extract liquid from; they appear to be blocked. Bring your own.
I had a few issues on my last stay and was promised they would make it up to me if I stayed again. Guess what!! They didn't care or acknowledge it.
Overall, a nice place.

My recent trip to Tijuana was top off by staying at this Hotel. Conveniently located in the Zona Río area it's safe for solo and family travelers. The Spa services are conveniently located on the 2nd floor and are outstanding. The restaurants were very good with options for all. There was a seven eleven conveniently located. Also Jose' an a wonderful small Cafe.
