Great value. Clean. Very secure. Covered parking with 24/7 security. Very green-smart. The hot tubs and patio area were superb.

Rude staff and no fridge, microwave or even cups in the rooms. Construction next door, closed sidewalks and homeless population on the street. No balconies as advertised on Agoda. I wish I’d chosen better than this place.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times because it is close to my clinic. Additionally, there's a restaurant downstairs, and I like the convenience of not having to go outside for food. The food is decent. However, this last stay, I ordered dinner to go (take up to my room), and instead of giving me my food in to go bag, they gave it to me in a room service tray. I had two hot cups of water for tea, which one ended up spilling on my arm and causing a burn mark. I assume their employees get training on how to handle service trays. Therefore, they should have a policy against letting guests handle service trays for the safety of everyone in the hotel.
Moreover, their walls are thin - if you are trying to get a good nights rest then this is not the place. If you need a conveniently located hotel in Zona Urbana, with decent food, and aren't concerned with customer service or noise levels, then this is your place.
