About this villa rental
This is a lovely five bedroom villa with uninterrupted views of Barbados rugged East Coast at Cattlewash one of Barbados’s longest stretches of beach. This impressive holiday home features a spacious wraparound verandah with several areas to relax, dine with friends formally or casually - or just chill out with a good book and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Quality finishes and stylish contemporary Caribbean design are found throughout this breezy, relaxed holiday home; granite countertops adorn the well appointed open plan kitchen which has stunning views across the lawn down to the beach at the end of the garden. There are attractive hardwood floors throughout the villa and the downstairs indoor living areas flow seamlessly out to the generously equipped verandah and grounds.
The Beach House as a place where all the family, friends and children can be together. It is a sophisticated, luxurious beach house but yet has not lost the comfortable, relaxed beach house feel that we all crave.
The inside dining area in the great room has 10 chairs and extends to 12.. There is a beautiful dining area on wrap around veranda with breathtaking views and sea breezes offering a beautiful relaxing outdoor dining experience.
Upstairs, there are two master bedrooms both with king size beds, soft linens, decorated in cool neutral tones and with wonderful views of the sea. Each master bedroom comes with a fabulous en suite bathroom stylishly designed in black and white marble. Two further bedrooms upstairs -one with two queen sized beds and one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a single bed.. A further bathroom with a bath tub is on this level. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds an en suite bathroom with beautiful cream and marble tiles on floor,walls and counter top. The master bedrooms and the bedroom with one queen and one single bed are air conditioned, as is the great room
The Atlantic coastline of Barbados is often described as stunningly beautiful and is a favourite vacation spot for locals providing a tranquil and peaceful place to unwind and truly relax. Whether you are up for the first dawn rays bringing in the new day, soaking up the sun on a lounger or watching the silver moon rise over the ocean, you will be mesmerised by the views and your front row seat at nature’s daily show! The sea and beach are literally at the end of the garden. Cattlewash is an ideal spot for calming seaside walks. Swim only where the locals swim as the sea can be rough. For those surfers, nearby Bathsheba and the world famous Soup Bowll surfing is minutes away. Beach walks, beach combing and checking out the rock pools at low tide are popular for those looking to stretch their legs!

We had a great stay at The Beach House! The location was perfect, the house was clean and comfortable, and the beach was steps away. We went in the pool every day and most nights. Most other places on the island were no more than 30-40 minutes drive, and Debbie was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Our group was made up of two families with 4 teenagers, and Debbie’s home was just perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everybody, and the adults loved having two master bedrooms. This home was designed with much thought and care. The huge verandah with the fresh ocean breeze was our favourite spot to hang out. We enjoyed walking to Bathsheba and exploring the local rum shacks and restaurants. A perfect home base to explore a special area of the island.

The property was very light and spacious and the view to the beach and waves was fantastic. It is a very peaceful location, which suited us, and a good base to visit other parts of the island (car hire essential). Debbie was very responsive to my numerous (!) questions and very helpful. We would love to stay here again if we return to Barbados

We enjoyed our stay so much at this beach home. It is well stocked, clean, comfy and has so much room! The view is incredible and just a quick walk to the beach. Soup Bowls (a prime surf spot) is only 5 min away! Debra the housekeeper is a gem - she made our stay so easy to relax and enjoy. Debbie, the owner, was a wealth of information and an absolute pleasure and joy to communicate with. We had no complaints.
Some things we learned: in the off season (we were there in March) there isn't a lot open for dinner on the east coast, so either eat early, eat on the west coast or prepare your own dinner! Also, be sure to leave your camo clothing at home as it is not allowed in Barbados. Definitely go to the Fish Fry in Oistins on Friday or Saturday night! Don't miss a catamaran cruise! We had a blast on the Stilletto and it was a super fair price. Oh! and the Boatyard is a great place on the west coast to go for the day and take the kids.
