Beautiful house - very nice place to stay!

The house next door had an alarm that sounded off multiple times per day!

On the positive side, all the bedrooms had very large and comfortable beds, and there were plenty of bathrooms and toilets, which is a big advantage when staying with a larger group. Another plus was the pool area – it was very pleasant to spend the evenings there and relax by the pool.

However, even though the kitchen itself is spacious, it was very poorly equipped – there were not enough plates, cutlery or mugs, and overall it felt like a random collection of items rather than a well-prepared kitchen. What was even more disappointing is that some of the dishes and kitchenware stored in the cupboards were not very clean, which is quite a basic expectation. While looking for towels and checking the cupboards, we also found an empty beer bottle on a very high shelf in one of the bedroom cabinets – it was so high that we left it there and later forgot about it (it may still be there). One more thing: although a gas BBQ/grill was not mentioned in the listing, we personally feel that having one would be a great improvement, especially for guests who would like to grill fresh fish or enjoy outdoor cooking.

Initially, I was a little anxious to rent the property since it was my first time renting a villa in Barbados, unaware, what to expect. After I spoke and met the host of the property, I was very comfortable with my decision to stay. The Host gave my family and I a complete tour of the house and reiterated to call him, should I encountered any problems. There were no issues while we stayed at the property. The property team went above and beyond to strategize a security system that emulated a fortress, ensuring guests are safe during their stay. We were a family of 7 persons, which included 5 teenagers (girls). The girls enjoyed themselves, especially, playing in the pool and the adults slept peacefully. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will stay there again. I highly recommend this property for a big family or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy Barbados in its entirety.

I would recommend kitchen mats on the floor.

Amazing property. Very large and spacious

We only stayed for one night so didn’t really have chance to check it all out. On arrival there was no water. We turned it on but the water didn’t clear and stayed a dirty colour which you expect for a while. Unfortunately we had no hot water for the whole stay so no showers after a long flight from the uk. The dishwasher also didn’t work.
