Monterey Apartment Vienna

Great location, staff very communicative.

Although the property was well appointed, lots of issues let it down. The oven was very dirty (still had leftover chips inside!), the freezer was completely frozen, the microwave had no glass tray inside, the cupboards were very messy. We also had to search around for clean bedding for the sofa bed, which was inside a very messy storage cupboard. The TV was impossible to get working. No bedside lights. But the worst thing-a full ashtray on the table in the balcony!!!!!!!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was in a good location and well connected to the city center. The metro and tram stations were nearby. Johann was very kind and responded quickly to all questions and requests.

didn’t like the lack of television service (TV exists and is a nice one) of any form and the fact that I had to set up the Amazon TV. At this price there should be some already setup form of television reception or cable service. Bed linen probably hadn’t been changed and smelled… this was the worst for us and huge point! The sofa also should have a thorough clean but it was tolerable. No point having a Nespresso machine and not provide at least a few capsules as a welcome, they only cost like 50p a piece!
