Awesome cleaning, thanks to Stella! We got our slippers, bedsheets and towels replaced regularly! Free delicious coffee was provided, a lot of kitchen amenities are present, very nice bedside lamps, bathroom products are also provided! There are also a tent and a curtain in the balcony for more privacy. The balcony doors give awesome soundproofing! The location is 5 minutes from the beach and from the main walking street and there are a lot of good shops nearby. The owner is easy to communicate with, was waiting for us when we arrived, helped with the safe code reset and vave clear instructions for where to leave the keys at checkout.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom outside of the window, the air conditioner is blowing directly to the bed and the soundproofing of the entrance door is awful - you can hear what the other guests are talking about in the hallway or near their doors.

The apartment was very clean, modern and just a few minutes from the beach and centre. The kitchen in the apartment had everything we needed, altough it was quite smalll. Our host Alexandra was pleasant and nice.

The street was noisy at night, especially on weekends. One of the beds was extremly uncomfortable, you could feel all the wires under a thin mattress.

The best apartment

The apartment is perfect! In fact we were upgraded to bigger one for free. It has a perfect location, 50 meters away from the main street alongside the beach with the best bars and restaurants in Asprovalta and still in a quiet area. Everything in the apartment is new, it is cleaned up every day. There is well equipped kitchenette, huge terrace, excellent espresso coffee machine with capsules provided for free by the host every day, free bottles of water and wine in the mini bar. The wi-fi is good. In few words - everything you need for your perfect vacation! The host is very polite. I strongly recommend this place! It’s modern, cozy and nice. Thanks for everything! We had a perfect stay and we will visit you again for sure!

Very good choice for relaxing holidays in Asprovalta. Great location, two steps to the sea and close enough to the main strip but at very quite place. The owners are great kind people doing their best to make you feel at home. Very good WiFi, private parking, our room was wide and very cozy with fridge and kitchenette corner.

Very, very clean, 1 minute walk to the beach. You got what you need. The housekeeping lady was sooo very nice, she went over and beyond with the cleaning.
