We loved our stay in Menaggio. Ksenia was really helpful and the property is so special. Great view of the lake. The pool was perfect size for our small kids and we had all the facilities we needed.
Not about the property but we did struggle to park in Menaggio sometimes. Obviously this isn’t a criticism of the property which is why we have given it full marks. But it should be borne in mind that it isn’t always easy at the peak season (we came straight after Ferragosto)

Everything was wonderful. Just as described. Couldn't ask for a better view for morning coffee and evening wine. Comfortable beds. The rooms were equal in size with the two masters and private bathrooms. Perfect villa for our two families.
There's nothing I didn't like. One thing that may be helpful for people to know is the walk to town is challenging. We're active people and did it once and decided to drive or taxi it the rest of the trip. But not a bad tradeoff for the views we had from the villa.
