Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene und angenehme Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Hervorzuheben war auch, dass es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt hatte, da die Ausstattung über der Norm lag. Auch war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern gut, da diese sich umgehend bei den anstehenden kleinen Problemen gekümmert und für entsprechende Abhilfe gesorgt hatten (trotz Feiertag wurden entsprechende Ersatzteile besorgt und entsprechende Monteure organisiert).
Da wir die ersten Gäste nach knapp 3 1/2 Monaten waren, war es in der FeWo doch sehr kalt und feucht-klamm. Es brauchte eine Weile bis wir für uns angenehme Temperaturen erreicht hatten und die feuchte Luft/kalte Wände ausgetauscht/erwärmt waren.
