Appartement spatieux et confortable, moderne et très bien équipé, avec des meubles design. Une salle de bain impeccable et une cuisine fonctionnelle. Emplacement pratique pour aller vers le vieil Aix ou la Rotonde. Jolie fontaine sous les platanes..
Un bémol, le café un peu bruyant sous les fenêtres. Mieux vaut les tenir fermées avec les volets, surtout par temps de canicule!

Completely renovated but still quaint. Very well furnished with thoughtfulness and taste. Comfortable and clean.
The apartment is directly above a restaurant/bar that is open from morning until 2am - very busy at night with a large terrace. The combination of loud noise and cigarette smoke make it unpleasant to open the windows. Luckily they are new and very effectively seal out the sound and smoke. This was fine for us because the weather was not too hot - mid summer could be an issue?

Exactly as expected from the photos and description.
Camelia is a very helpful host who gave me full info and checked via message, every day to see all okay
Very comfortable and super bathroom.
Roadworks outside the property which start at 7am.
The other residents of the building were a bit noisy later at night.
Earplugs and close the windows overnight recommended.
