The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I especially
appreciated their help in rescheduling a non-refundable booking, which was a thoughtful gesture.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The location is convenient, with easy access to shops , restaurants, supermarkets and Safeer.
There was a late-night noise outside our room, possibly from cleaning or maintenance activities, which affected the quiet atmosphere
