    I arrived late afternoon for checking in and my room is not yet ready. Receptionist asked me to check another room from another apartment building which is a plain room and nobody will consider it as a “hotel room”. It’s like a typical room with bed, and tv.

    The room and the corridor smelled, the tap is leaking. Guys at the reception are responsive though. Needs a bit more love to kept tidy and functional

    The room was clean; however, the air conditioner was noisy. The bathroom door handle was broken, and there was water leakage from the flush. Considering the high price per night for the Khor Fakkan locality, the stay was not value for money. We stayed for two nights, but room cleaning was not provided during our stay.

    this is not acceptable at all,the rooms have cockroaches,it smells so bad,the ac was not functioning,the bed sheets were torn just imagine,i wasted my money.
