This b and b is a little gem, I would thoroughly recommend it and definitely intend to stay again.

Lovely, fresh, cooked breakfast made to order. Location was good in quiet area and within walking distance of the town.
As it was very cold a spare blanket to go on top of the duvet would have been good.

We use The Lodge apart from being nice but also very convenient when visiting my son living close by
Excellent choice of breakfasts one small point though the toast could do with being a bit thicker ... apart from that ... pukka Fine old furniture in rooms giving that cozy charm, Comfortable bed Easy come and go access. Normally ample parking in close proximity The Lodge owners Malcolm & Una always very friendly. Malcolm always takes our luggage up to room and back down on departure day.
