Lee Cottage

The property size is really good. Plenty of dishes for large party. Views and wildlife are delectable.

I would have liked there to be the usual welcome package which all properties I have booked so far leave. Some leave basics like milk, tea and coffee and others add to the basics with biscuits, cakes and other treats. There was way too much dirt and dust under beds and under couch cushions. Shower leaked through ceiling. Patio door locked on itself so we were locked out at one point. Dishwasher was full to the brim with dishes, albeit clean but I don’t see why I should empty others dishes.

The property was incredible, and the location was amazing, such peaceful surroundings yet so close the amenities. It was perfect for us, cosy but spacious. A little slice of heaven!

Just a couple of little niggles; previous guest maybe had a dog and there were filled poo bags scattered around outside, a broken wine bottle in a dustpan and the outside lights didn’t work, but as I say, little niggles, they certainly didn’t take away from our amazing stay!

Eight of us throughly enjoyed our weekend in Lee Cottage. Fantastic home with beautiful views. Will definitely stay again if over that way. Thank you.

Great house! Lovely setting. Down a steep hill in the car. You can walk into Hebden on a nice route or to Hardcastle crags

No kitchen supplies provided so make sure you bring your own essentials including milk, tea, etc
