House was immaculate, loved the short walk along the road to an amazing view..
Stefan and Tracey left small gifts for us and our dog on arrival which was very kind,
Beds very comfortable brilliant location for the facilities in Llandudno centre
Nothing we didn't like, the hills up to the house were very steep but we expected this after reading other reviews, but was great to keep fit and our son enjoyed it

Kitchen was well appointed and the whole property was clean and comfortable. Personally met by owners which was a nice touch.
I think it’s expensive - maybe that’s because we haven’t been away since before Covid and this is the general price of things now.

The house is very tastefully decorated and the location is amazing. Having been completely let down by booking.com we were a bit concerned, but Stefan was extremely helpful and flexible for our arrival
The previous occupants must have been smoking in the porch - so it was smoky / cigarette smelling entering the property, but the weather was fantastic so we kept the door open as often as we could to let this air, also the mattresses were thin so the beds weren't the comfiest.
