Island View

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent with plenty of places for walking. The Anchorage pub is a 10 minute walk away where the food is excellent. It is very central for travelling around to other areas. All in all excellent accommodation in an excellent and central area of Ayrshire with plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Freddy is the most helpful neighbour in the world - a genuinely great guy.

Not all beds had mattress protectors this is the minimum requirement in the Covid era.

Stunning views, natural light, bath, cinema room, garden room with log burner, upper deck and balcony, high quality facilities & furnishings etc. Propery & stay enjoyed by all.

Cleaners not turning up which impacted on our arrival & settling in time - 2 hours after arriving. Not all chemicals there to be able to use hot tub. More time needing to be spent in-between bookings to deal with the finer details of this beautiful and high standard property - maintenance e.g lights/lamps needing new bulbs, curtains hanging from rails which when tried to be sorted by guests had hooks etc missing. More cleaning including in-depth and high level also needed before guests arrival.
