ホテルの受付の場所が分かりづらかった。シャワーが冷たかった。トイレの水がたまらない(いちいち蓋をあけて操作が必要)。毛布が黴臭かった。バスルームの扉が壊れていて閉まらなかった。料金が予約した値段より高かった(治安の懸念で一度キャンセルし、治安も落ち着いたので数日後同じ宿を予約し直した。料金は安くなっていたが当初の高い料金のまま請求された)。
