To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing!! It started with the fact that we could not check in online, because all the emails came with a deleted link, so we stood for an hour in the hellish heat after 5 hours of travel, because the customer service phone did not answer. Then, when checking in, we were told that we had to pay another 500 pesos as a deposit for damage to property and that this money would not be returned to us! Also, when booking, another *** pesos commission, of which 600 pesos is for cleaning, and during our entire stay no one showed up there, there was not even drinking water, which was provided! A room for gnomes, if you are taller than 180 cm, you will definitely hit your forehead when entering the toilet. Well, and the funniest thing is that none of the dispensers in the bathroom work, so if you did not take soap with you, then this is your problem. And if you go to the mirror naked after a shower, you can say hello to your neighbor, whose window is directly opposite. As a result, terrible quality for that kind of money. You can find a nicer hotel for less. The only good thing about the hotel is the mattress and pillows. And the room is designed for two, but towels and a glass are only for one. And welcome if you ready to sleep with some hair on your pillow 💩
